What are they doing that is so bad?

They are:

• Spamming thousands
• Collecting email addresses with no confirmation - known as single opt in.
• Their unsubscribe option - does not work.
• Possibly purchasing spam databases to seed there mailing list - they claim they do not do this - but have yet to show me how my email address got on their list.
• Using dynamic IP addresses and randomised email addresses to circumvent spam filters.

I'm fed up with these spammers - what can I do

1. Call them and complain and waste their time 020 7932 4154

2. Call and complain to RAC - a reputable company using them - 0800 0158767 - complain.

3. Join and forward their spam via Spam Cop
